About us
A wholly owned subsidiary of Kundan Group, Kundan Green Energy, is committed to incremental contributions in consistently generating green energy through world-class efficiencies in materials, techniques, systems and processes. Embedded in sustainability, we are playing a key role in India's transition from fossil fuels, with an aim to contribute 500 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030. Our present capacity of 104.5 MW is poised to grow exponentially.

Our Hydropower plants, Wind Farms, and Solar projects are crucial steps towards a carbon-neutral future. Since commencing in 2017, we have incrementally added sustainable and optimally performing power solutions to India’s energy grids. This continues to grow. Our projects have improved the lives of millions of people by providing clean water, better waste management, roads and highways and lighting up homes. We have been at the forefront of renewable energy development, spanning Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Sikkim, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. Our total Carbon Offset is in excess of 675607009 tCO2. Our team of > 400 professionals drives our promise to innovation, sustainability and a greener future.

We observe best-in-class standards on risks, good governance, and essential metrics of stable growth. Our investment decisions and their execution is rooted in consistent value-enhancement to create intrinsic value for all stakeholders. Our focus, therefore, is on Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. Robust ESMS identifies and mitigates operational environmental and social risks. We observe international benchmarks which include the IFC Performance Standards, World Bank Guidelines, UN Principles for Responsible Investment, and all local regulations. Our projects in hydro, wind, and solar energy have led to remarkable savings of > 675,608 metric tons of carbon emissions, exemplifying our significant contributions toward a cleaner and sustainable future.
