Dr. Pradeep Garg leads the US$ 4 billion conglomerate Kundan Group (www.kundangroup.com). Founded in 1971 Kundan Group is a leader in Gold {digital gold, refineries, jewellery, minting} and is emerging as a top-tier player in renewable/green energy {Hydro, Solar, Wind} with Kundan Green Energy (www.kundangreenenergy.com). The Group also has a robust and growing presence in full-spectrum Personal Care with Alainne (www.alainne.com).
Dr. Garg is rightfully accredited with the expansion, consolidation, and scaling of Kundan’s core business operations. Widely acknowledged for his integrity, foresight and organizational abilities, under his visionary leadership the Kundan Group has expanded globally to 20 locations, with a strong presence in 10 Indian regions, employing nearly 1000 people to create a strong socio-economic impact. In recognition of his business acumen and successful turnarounds of several projects, he was awarded an honorary doctorate in 2022.

Mr. Udit Garg (Director)
Mr. Udit Garg oversees the Kundan Group’s global operations with an emphasis on green and renewable energy. He has been instrumental in driving the Group’s growth trajectory, spearheading new business initiatives, and facilitating diversification efforts. He has played a pivotal role in establishing a multi-stakeholder sales, distribution and logistics network besides the exponential growth of the chemical products portfolio, expanding it tenfold, marking a significant milestone for the Group. He also leads the acquisition and commissioning of projects.
Mr. Vidit Garg (Director)
Mr. Vidit Garg’s primary focus lies in enhancing business and management practices to achieve economies of scale. Besides managing group corporate affairs, external relations, business alliances, and governance, he oversees the Gold business. Mr. Vidit Garg manages the end-to-end value chain of the Gold vertical, from prospecting and mining to channel partners, and refineries, to production and design, to distribution and sales. Mr Garg introduced digital gold sales through a very well-received proprietary platform – MyGoldKart.

Mr Apurve Goel (Director)
Mr. Apurve Goel is an expert in the green energy sector. He excels in strategic planning, business development, organizational excellence, and project execution. In his capacity as the overseer of Kundan Green Energy, he is responsible for the comprehensive management and its operations. This encompasses tasks such as project and land acquisition, organizational excellence, raising thresholds to global best practices and overall execution.

Serving as the Kundan Group’s Director and strategic advisor, Mr. Deepak Gupta has been instrumental in the group’s exponential organic and inorganic growth. His expertise spans various areas, including mergers and acquisitions, asset allocation and leverage, achieving economies of scale, ensuring compliance, upholding corporate governance standards, enhancing supply chain sustainability, and overseeing fiscal matters.
